Zwischenzeitlich ist das auch getauscht - neben dem gesamten Zündgeraffel (Kerzen, Kabel, Stecker), Verteiler, Zündspule und Zündsteuergerät. Bis 4000 U/min ist alles in Ordnung, aber dann fängt der Drehzahlmesser an, überzuschlagen und entsprechend bekommt der Motor Aussetzer. Drehzahlmesser abhängen ändert nichts. Ich bin mit meinem Latein echt am Ende.

Dann manuell mit Schlüssel hin und her bewegen und die Verriegelung kontrollieren.
Ohne genaue Anleitung oder wirkliche Kenntnisse: Sein lassen.
Auch somit sieht man nicht, ob dies beim normalen Betrieb auch korrekt funktioniert.

erneuern des Ventils dürfte nichtmal so schwierig werden, die beiden Muttern, die das Ventil im Verbindungskanal fixieren, sehen noch einwandfrei aus. Der Verbindungskanal selbst im Krümmer, da sehen die Schrauben richtig madig aus.

Aber: Habe jetzt die Pumpe ersetzt, Löchlein in den Schlauch gebohrt und den Fehler gelöscht. Pumpe arbeitet nach dem Start wieder fleißig und Fehler ist weg. Das reicht mir so erstmal. Wenn in 4 Jahren wieder die Pumpe hinüber sein sollte - ob er bis dahin noch lebt, sehen wir dann.

Ich will mich heute Abend nochmal damit befassen, die Steuerzeiten und die Kette überprüfen. Dann auch gleich den neuen Kettenspanner mit montieren.

Garantiert das Richtige Magnetventil ersetzt?
Das vordere am Motor oder das hintere?
Kann auch sein, dass der NW-Versteller defekt sind.
Man müsste auch prüfen, ob eine neue Software für MSG vorhanden ist.
Und auch eine korrekte Nachführung der Adaptiven Parameter mit Diagnosegerät durchführen.

So habe ich schon immer Eintragungen vorbereitet und durchgeführt.
U.a. Fordfelgen und Gutmann-Felgen in einem Aufwasch auf nem 309, SL299 auf nem VW Jetta, immer mit Spurplatten zur Adaption der Et bzw. des Lochkreises uswuswusw...

Was das Gerede von nem "Impact"-Gutachten darstellen soll erschliesst sich mir sowieso ned.
Die E.T.R.T.O ist eine übergeordnete europäische Organisation, die überall anerkannt ist und als Prüfgrundlage herangezogen wird.
Wie ich schon sagte, die haben keinen Bock und wollen keinerlei Verantwortung übernhemen, schon gar ned selber denken.
Such nen anderen Prüfer...

Wenn ein aaS nicht mal in der Lage ist, anhand von nachvollziehbaren technischen Daten und eigener Prüfung am Fahrzeug ne simple Reifen-/Felgenkombi abzunehmen, sollte er sich besser nen anderen Job suchen. Ich habe seit zig Jahren Fahrzeuge mit erheblich komplizierteren Umbauten getüvt und noch nie sowas erlebt.

Hast meinen Tipp mit den Reifenherstellern schon probiert?
